Privacy Policy
Last updated August 2026. This policy explains how photos are handled when you use IDPhotoFree.
IDPhotoFree does not write uploaded photos to disks, databases, or persistent object storage.
We do not intentionally use photos for advertising profiles or sell photos. Upload only what you need to make your ID photo.
Users should avoid uploading sensitive photos on shared devices, keep operating systems updated, and remove local temporary files after final submission.
If your process requires multiple retries, keep only the final approved output and delete discarded versions to reduce accidental exposure risk.

FAQ
Do you recommend using public computers for document photos?
No. Use a trusted personal device whenever possible. Shared/public devices increase privacy and session-security risks.
Should I keep all exported versions?
Keep only what you need for submission. Delete outdated or failed variants after completion.
How can I reduce upload-related mistakes?
Use the correct template first, verify final size/KB limits, and submit through official channels only.
